Thank you for choosing to stay here. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Please take a moment to read the following to ensure you and your guests have a comfortable and safe stay.

I. Check-in and check-out
1. Check-in time: after 3:00 pm
2. Check-out time: before 12:00pm
3. Please let us know in advance if you check in early or check out late, additional fees may be charged.
4. The security deposit is 10,000 Baht/equivalent currency.
5. Water is free, electricity is charged at 7 baht/kWh, the meter is read on the day of check-in and check-out.
6. Before check-in and check-out, please check with the staff to see if the room and items are in good condition.
7. The villa only provides cleaning after check-out, please take care of the environment.

II. Check-in rules
1. Valid ID or passport registration is required for check-in.
2. Pets are not allowed (please communicate in advance if there are special circumstances).
3. Please do not smoke inside the villa and the smoking area is to the designated spot outside.
4. No durian in the room, no shoes
5. Please refrain from engaging in illegal activities in the villa, including but not limited to gambling, drugs, gathering people, etc.
6. Please keep quiet after 10:00pm to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
7. Please take care of the furniture, electrical appliances, and decorative items in the room. Please let the staff know if there is damage.
8. Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet. You will be responsible for the cost of unblocking the toilet if it is clogged.
9. Do not move indoor furniture, appliances or decorations without authorization.
10. Please take care of your valuables. We are not responsible for any lost items.

III. Fees and Compensation
1. If any items are damaged or lost, compensation will be made according to the "Item Damage Price List".
2. Please do not borrow a card or key without permission, and you will be charged for replacement.
