In the heart of the Ballons des Vosges Natural Park, La Sabaudia welcomes you to a warm, authentic setting, perfect for family getaways or trips with friends for up to 10 guests. With 4 bedrooms and a furnished mezzanine, the house offers both space and comfort.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, etc.), and the cozy living room features a TV, board games, and WiFi (very weak connection). There is a shower room (shower, hairdryer), a bathroom (bathtub, washing machine), and separate toilets. Electric heating ensures comfort year-round.



Guests are responsible for cleaning (dishes washed, floors swept, trash removed, beds presentable; minimum required), or you can request cleaning for an additional fee.



Outside, enjoy spacious parking, a terrace with lake views, and a garden with outdoor furniture, parasol, and barbecue.



Located in Gérardmer, the house is 1.5 km from La Mauselaine and 3 km from the Chaume Francis slopes—ideal for hiking, mountain biking, water sports, or skiing. Shops are 500 m away, and the lake is 2 km away.
