With four televisions, dedicated spaces for work and play, and flexible gathering areas, The Bow House is especially well-suited for families, friend groups, and multi-generational getaways.

Located at the eastern end of Niantic Village's charming Main Street, The Bow House sits at the gateway to the Niantic Marina and alongside the Marina Bay Hotel. Depending on the season, you may enjoy the sounds of live music drifting through the village, boats returning to harbor, or the gentle rhythm of Long Island Sound waves nearby.

Niantic is one of Connecticut's best-kept coastal secrets. Unlike many seasonal beach towns, it remains a vibrant year-round community filled with locally owned shops, restaurants, and attractions. This was one the best homes we have ever rented. It is immaculate, wonderfully decorated, well stocked and perfectly appointed. It’s roomy and cozy at the same time. Charming with all modern comforts. There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable. All of the mattress (even the Murphy bed) were amazing. It’s very close to restaurants and shops. Niantic is a charming seaside townMarkus and Mike were so communicative and helpful. It was really wonderful. 100/10 Can't wait to go back!

Our relaxation time includes watching movies and snuggling our Frenchie. We love finding hidden places to eat in the countries we visit.
We are both non smokers, respectful of spaces, and travel frequently. We hope to collect more passport stamps very soon!

What drew us to Niantic was its rare combination of walkability, waterfront beauty, and genuine community spirit. Here, you can spend the morning walking the Niantic Bay Boardwalk, enjoy an afternoon at one of two public beaches, browse the famous Book Barn, and end the day at a locally owned restaurant or pub overlooking the marina. Everything feels close, welcoming, and unhurried.

Unlike many beach towns that come alive only during the summer months, Niantic remains active throughout the year. Seasonal festivals, farmers markets, community theater productions, live music, holiday celebrations, and local events keep the village energized no matter when you visit.

We chose The Bow House because it sits at the center of everything we love about Niantic. From the front door, you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, shops, and the marina without ever needing a car. Yet despite its convenience, the village still feels peaceful and connected to the natural beauty of the shoreline.
