The Space
Oceanview Upper Deck: Start your mornings with sunrise views over the water and end your evenings with ocean breezes. The spacious upper deck features outdoor dining and panoramic views that make every meal feel special.
Private Beach Access: Just a short 2–3 minute stroll brings you to a beautiful private sandy beach. We provide a beach wagon to help haul your gear, chairs, and coolers. (Yes, there’s a ramp and staircase down to the beach — but the peaceful shoreline waiting below is absolutely worth it.)
Garden & Koi Pond: Wander through our peaceful Japanese-inspired garden and experience a little slice of serenity. Surrounded by vibrant blooms, the gentle sounds of chirping birds, and the calming flow of the koi pond waterfall. It’s the perfect place to slow down and unwind. As evening falls, soft landscape lighting transforms the garden into a magical setting for a relaxing nighttime stroll.
Fire Pit Nights: Gather around the fire pit after a beach day for s’mores, stories, and unforgettable coastal evenings.
Outdoor Shower: Rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. Available seasonally from late spring through early fall.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: Cozy queen Tempur-Pedic® Mattress located on the first floor hosting it's own private entrance, full bathroom, his & hers walk in closet, smart TV, and a dedicated office space..
Second Bedroom: Oversized twin bed with a Tempur-Pedic® Topper, air conditioner, smart TV, and garden view, located on the first floor.
Third Bedroom: Extremely comfortable double bed with a Tempur-Pedic® Topper. Private sliding door entrance, air conditioner, Smart TV, and ocean view, located on the first floor.
Fourth Bedroom: Twin bed with a Tempur-Pedic® Topper, private entrance, ocean view, located on the first floor.
Main Living Spaces
Oceanfront Living Room: Relax with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and stunning water views from the upper level. Also includes a loft with a king mattress with a Tempur-Pedic® Topper.
Kitchen & Dining Area: Fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including an air fryer, pressure cooker, blender, and everything you need for beach-house meals. The dining area overlooks the ocean, making breakfast with a sunrise view unforgettable.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, including both living levels, outdoor spaces, deck, and fire pit. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple and stress-free so you can settle into vacation mode the moment you arrive.

Other Things to Note
Beach Access: The private beach is located just down the road, approximately a 2-minute walk from the house. A beach wagon is available for guest use. Please note there is a ramp and short staircase leading down to the sand.
Security: Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry areas for guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
Seasonal Amenities: The outdoor shower is available seasonally, typically from late spring through early fall.
