Ferienhaus Baumgarten 1 - Landlust-ferienhaus

The 200-year-old Keuschlerhaus in Baumgarten near Gnas in southeastern Styria features 5 rooms: 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, an entryway, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The windows overlooking the countryside and the hardwood floors create a bright and welcoming atmosphere in this lovingly renovated Landlust vacation home. All rooms can be heated independently from the kitchen using a wood-burning stove.
The centerpiece is the large larch wood deck directly in front of the dining room, offering a magnificent view of the hills covered in deciduous forests. An open wooden shed provides plenty of outdoor space for playing table tennis, barbecuing, hosting parties, and games. There is a pool for children in the summer. This idyllic spot, with its particularly relaxing atmosphere, is nestled among natural meadows and beech forests.



Landlust Vacation Home:

The vacation home has a living area of 85 m² and offers guests accommodations in two double bedrooms and one four-bed room, with a crib available upon request. The dining table seats up to 8 people indoors. The Baumgarten 1 vacation home features a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living room, and entryway, as well as wood-burning central heating, a radio, a coffee maker, a high chair, and a grill.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
