OVERVIEW
Sleeps 18 across 7 bedrooms and 12 beds (4 king beds!) — The Big House at the Seavey Compound is a full gut-renovation built for large groups who want space to spread out without sacrificing walkability. Managed by Oasis Rental Services — the same Premier Host team behind our sister properties. This listing is new to VRBO but built and run to the same standard.

LAYOUT
7 Bedrooms across 3 levels
2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (sleeps 10). Primary King bedroom with en-suite 3/4 bath, desk and Smart TV. Two Bedrooms each with a king bed and twin bed; and a bunk room with a set of twin over twin bunkbeds. The three non-primary bedrooms share a full bath located off the hallway.

1st Floor: King Bedroom with 3/4 bath just outside off the hallway, desk, and 50 in. Smart TV. A large open concept kitchen/dining room and TV Room round out this floor. Kitchen has brand new appliances, huge kitchen island with 6 bar stools, and quartzite countertops.

Basement: Two basement bedrooms each with a queen bed and twin bed. The laundry area and game room are located in the basement as is a 3/4 bath off the game room.

COMFORT
On demand hot water heater ensures everyone gets a hot shower. Washer and two dryers keeps everyone`s laundry moving. Two zone central air makes sure everyone is comfortable in both the summer and winter months.

The two buildings connect only by a 1-foot soundproof exterior wall, with separate entrances and separate private fenced yards. Every guest on the property follows the same house rules: no parties, no events, quiet respect for the compound.

GOOD TO KNOW
This listing is for the Big House only (7 bedrooms). The Big House and the Carriage House are connected by a single 1 foot soundproof exterior wall but there is no interior access between them - fully separate units with separate fenced-in yards.

HOUSE RULES & ACCESS
No smoking, events, parties, or fireworks. Registered guests only. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome.

Contactless self check-in: you`ll receive a unique door code before arrival, valid for your stay.

Some of our neighbors are full-time homeowners so we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and house rules to ensure we are able to continue to open our home to vacationers who want to enjoy North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. Please abide by the town`s quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Registered guests only. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25.

NO SMOKING: A deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the house

NO FIREWORKS: The Town of Conway prohibits the display of fireworks.

DOGS: Please pick up after your dog. Please no dogs on the beds or couches. Please use the hot tub towels to dry off your pup on those rainy/snowy/muddy days. Please do not use white bath towels on your dogs. Feel free to use the dog crate located in the closet in the 1st floor bedroom.

HOT TUB: You must abide by the posted hot tub rules.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: This is a large property and it takes the cleaners many hours to clean. We often have same day turnovers so as a result, we need you to check out on time. An extra $50 will be assessed if your group/belongings are still at the property after 30 minutes past your check-out time. An extra night will be assessed if you are still there 1 hour after your check-out time.

PARKING: As you are renting the Big House only (91A) please park in front of 91A only. Do not block in guests staying at 91B. 91B guests are to park directly in front of 91B.
