Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment in the Middle of downtown Havre

This cute little apartment is in the heart of downtown Havre. Easy walk to local wine bar, many local eateries and friendly local taverns. Walking distance to grocery store, movie theater, library, downtown shopping, salons & dining. Built in the early 1900's, you will find that some original details remain, however, we have made every effort to make it comfortable! Guests may hear muffled noises from other apartments in the building or from businesses on the main floor. This apartment is on the 2nd floor & there is an extra long stairway with no elevator. Unit has a full size bed, full kitchen & full bath. It is not fancy but very clean, quiet and conveniently located. Coin operated laundry is just down the hall. In the Summer and early fall there will be a Window A/C unit. The kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, place settings for 4 and all necessary kitchen utensils for meal preparation and a small dining area to enjoy your efforts. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. The building has a locked entry, guests needs a key for access. There is no elevator to the second story, stairway well lite and is extra long and extra wide. Smoking / Vaping are absolutory prohibited! Pets are not allowed! This apartment has one full size bed. Because of limited space we do not allow air mattresses or cots to be used in the property.
