Designed for comfort and relaxation, the spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features two king beds and tasteful island-inspired furnishings. Rich natural wood cabinetry, cool tile floors, and thoughtfully placed mirrors reflect the brilliant blue ocean throughout the living space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy refreshing trade winds year-round, with air conditioning available for added comfort on warmer, more humid days.



The private lanai is the perfect place to begin and end each day. Sip your morning coffee while watching the waves roll in, spend the afternoon spotting sea turtles, dolphins, surfers, and colorful rose-ringed parakeets, or unwind beneath a canopy of stars as the soothing sound of the surf fills the evening air. During whale season, you may even catch a glimpse of majestic humpback whales from the comfort of your own lanai.



After a day of exploring Kauai, prepare dinner using the community barbecue grills, then return to your oceanfront retreat to enjoy an alfresco meal with your favorite beverage as the sun sets over the Pacific. THINGS TO KNOW

• Shared laundry facility is on property.

• This is a no-smoking property.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

• This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.

• All guests shall abide by Heavenly's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Kuhio Shores is on Kauai's sunny South Shore beside Lawai Beach, where reef views and ocean activity are part of the setting. Poipu Beach Park and Brennecke's Beach are nearby for sandy swimming and family beach time. Head toward Kukuiula for groceries, restaurants, and a farmers market, or visit nearby Prince Kuhio Park. This is a coastal Poipu location for guests who want to wake close to the water and explore at their own pace.



Getting Around:

Getting around:

Lihue Airport (LIH) is about 30 to 40 minutes from Koloa. A rental car is recommended for Poipu beaches, dining, and the wider south shore. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beaches are a short drive away. Parking is generally available at properties or in small town lots, which makes it easy to explore both on foot and by car.

**Please be advised that the exterior spalling project is underway and may affect guests staying in the impacted units.



Project Schedule

Duration: First week of August through the end of September.



Work began on August 3 with the 09 stack (Units 109, 209, 309, and 409) and will continue sequentially through the 19 stack (Units 119, 219, 319, and 419).





If the project progresses ahead of schedule, work may also begin on the Bayside stacks (Units 101–108), including:

01 stack: Units 101, 201, 301, and 401

Through 08 stack: Units 108, 208, 308, and 408





During construction, guests may experience:

• Construction noise during daytime working hours (8am - 4pm)

• Dust and debris associated with exterior concrete repairs.



While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, construction schedules may change due to weather or project progress.
