With a magnificent view of the ocean and Foz do Lizandro Beach, this wonderful, brand-new villa offers 160 m² of living space spread over two floors, a beautifully large pool, a shaded barbecue area, and other amenities designed to ensure a truly relaxing vacation.

The house is located in a very quiet and safe area, perfect for surfing, relaxing, and enjoying the pure Atlantic atmosphere. You can walk to the nearest beaches (Foz do Lizandro and South—both 1.2 km away) or to the main square in Ericeira (1.8 km away). With Sintra and Mafra nearby (24 km and 12 km, respectively), you’re ideally situated to enjoy both nature and historical sights. Lisbon International Airport is just a 35-minute drive away. Lisbon’s city center can be reached in 45 minutes by taxi and in one hour by public transportation (bus from Ericeira to Lisbon Campo Grande and metro connections).
This newly built, modern, and spacious house features two floors, air conditioning in every room, and a spacious living room with panoramic glass doors leading to the pool and barbecue area. For your entertainment, you can use the free Wi-Fi available throughout the house, as well as the large flat-screen TV with cable channels. You can also access your Netflix, Prime, and YouTube accounts directly via the TV remote.

The kitchen is large, modern, and fully equipped with enough utensils to prepare both quick and elaborate meals. The kitchen and dining room (with ocean views) are accessible from the open-concept living room. A bathroom with a toilet is also located on the first floor.

The pool area is furnished with patio furniture so you can relax. Since it is not fenced in, children must always be accompanied by an adult when on the pool deck or using the pool. The pool is equipped with a polycarbonate cover that, when closed at night, helps maintain a higher water temperature. There is also an outdoor solar shower. Pool towels are provided.

Next to the pool is the barbecue area with chairs and a large communal table where you can dine outdoors. Barbecue utensils are provided. From the kitchen-dining area, you have easy access to everything you need to prepare a perfect meal while chatting with your friends.

The villa features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all located on the first floor of the house. The bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed (master bedroom), a queen-size bed, and 2 single beds. Two bedrooms have magnificent ocean views, and the third has a partial ocean view and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with patio furniture, inviting you to relax and offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom also features a work area with a desk and a comfortable chair.

In the laundry room in the basement of the house, you’ll find a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, and an ironing set.

Parking is available in the public parking lot directly below the villa.
