Good to Know

The home does not have air conditioning. Like many mountain homes in Estes Park, cool mountain evenings and ceiling fans / portable fans help keep the home comfortable.

This is a multi-level home with steps required to enter.

Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the community lot.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No smoking or pets.
Parties and events are not permitted.

Guests will have private access to the entire home throughout their stay.

Enjoy our beautiful on-site trout pond, located just steps from the lodge, where you can often see trout swimming in the water. Guests receive a discount on fishing, but payment is still required for any fish caught. Fishing is available during business hours only, and guests must check in at the fishing pond hut before fishing. No fishing is permitted after hours.

The pond also attracts local wildlife, and bear sightings are common. Please keep all food and trash secured during your stay.
