Small Country House “Am Lohberg”
70 m² living space · 4,000 m² lot · fully fenced · located right on the edge of the forest · family- and pet-friendly · quiet, secluded location
Do you love nature? Are you looking for a getaway with your partner, family, or four-legged companions? Then you’ll feel right at home in our little country house “Am Lohberg.”
We—a married couple with a daughter, a dachshund, and five horses—purchased this idyllic property to turn it into a special retreat in the heart of nature. With great attention to detail, we’ve renovated and furnished the house so that our guests can enjoy peace, relaxation, and the beauty of nature here.
Our country house is located right on the edge of the forest, on a property spanning approximately 4,000 m², in a quiet, secluded spot above the small village of Winden in the Nassau Nature Park. The entire property is fully fenced and offers plenty of space for playing, exploring, and relaxing.
The spacious property features, among other things, a horse paddock, an old shepherd’s wagon, and a small, wild corner of the forest with trees perfect for climbing. Numerous romantic seating areas, shady retreats, and a hammock invite you to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Whether it’s ball games, archery, yoga, sunbathing, or simply a stroll across the property—everyone will find their favorite spot here.
