Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the home. The code will be provided the morning of arrival. You will have full and private access to the home. Parking is located on the driveway and street. Garage access is not allowed.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Most beaches, golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions are within a 5–15 minute drive. For added convenience, guests may have the option to rent the owner's vehicle through Turo, subject to availability and separate booking. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.

***A Pack 'n Play and high chair may be provided as a convenience for guests traveling with young children. These items are provided as-is and may not meet the specific safety standards or preferences of every guest. Guests are responsible for inspecting and determining the suitability of these items prior to use.



By using the Pack 'n Play or high chair, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for the supervision and safety of any child using these items. The owner and property manager assume no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from their use.***



We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!
