We offer you a peaceful green oasis in Wiesmoor-Hinrichsfehn, just 300 meters from the 27-hole golf course in a scenic neighborhood.

It is a new, spacious, wheelchair-accessible, non-smoking apartment with its own wheelchair-accessible entrance and excellent parking.

It is designed to accommodate 2–3 people.

Two people pay 75 euros per day.

The third person pays 15 euros per night.

Pets cost 8 euros per day.

The apartment has wide doors, as well as an extra-large shower with grab bars and a stool, and grab bars on both the main toilet and the guest bathroom.

The new built-in kitchen, of course, also features a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a convection oven. Of course, all kitchen utensils and small appliances are provided, along with a microwave and an extra freezer compartment.
The terrace features a small garden area that is fenced in for your pets.

During the rhododendron blooming season from mid-May to mid-June, the entire area is a riot of color, and you’ll feel as if you’re in a huge park—simply wonderful.

A grill is available at all times so you can enjoy lovely evenings on the terrace.

You can park right outside the front door—there’s plenty of space.

Just 200 meters away, you’ll find our little village store, which is almost like a real supermarket. Of course, they have delicious fresh rolls in the morning, and the owner always has a friendly word to share. Right across the street is the “Blauer Fasan” hotel-restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent dining.

The unique 27-hole golf course, set amid beautiful countryside, is just 300 m away.

There are also beautiful bike paths along the Fehn Canal and through the surrounding former and rewet moorlands, forests, and fields.

Just a few kilometers away are horseback riding facilities, the “Ottermeer” recreation paradise, a large moorland swimming lake, and an interesting new mini-golf course.

The charming little town of Wiesmoor has a lot to offer and is particularly well-connected by public transportation.

Everything is available here, from a variety of shopping options, numerous doctors and therapists, fitness centers, an indoor swimming pool, and more.

Within a 30-km radius, you can reach Leer, Emden, Aurich, Wilhelmshaven, and the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg, as well as the Netherlands.

It’s just under 40 km to the North Sea resorts and ferry ports serving our East Frisian islands.

Bremen and Bremerhaven are 100 km away, and Hamburg is 200 km away.
