You are welcome to enjoy the spacious garden and backyard area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the springs. Parking is convenient with both garage and street options available for your vehicles. The main home features a full kitchen, dining area, and laundry facilities, while the detached suite offers its own efficiency kitchen and private entrance, providing a seamless blend of communal living and personal space.

You are perfectly positioned just a five minute drive from the iconic Three Sisters Springs, where you can swim with manatees or enjoy a peaceful kayak paddle. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, providing a serene escape while remaining close to the action. Within a ten minute drive, you will find a variety of local dining options ranging from fresh seafood spots overlooking the water to cozy cafes for your morning coffee. For your daily needs, grocery stores and charming local shops are just a short drive away, making it easy to stock up for your stay. Whether you are here for the world class scalloping, fishing, or simply to enjoy the natural beauty of the Florida coast, this location serves as the ideal home base for your getaway.

Getting around Crystal River is most convenient by car, which allows you the freedom to explore the springs and coastline at your own pace. Our property offers excellent parking options, including a private garage and ample street parking for your convenience. While public transportation is limited in this residential area, the home is centrally located just a short drive from all major local attractions. If you are arriving by air, the closest major airport is Tampa International Airport, which is approximately a seventy five to ninety minute drive from the property. We recommend renting a vehicle to make the most of your stay and to easily access the nearby boat ramps, dining, and nature preserves.

Priority Check In:

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.



This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!



Priority Check Out:

Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.



This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!



Pet Fee:

Pets are family, and we’re happy to host yours! We charge a small $50.00 fee per stay (no animal limit), to give our home an extra thorough clean after your stay, making sure every guest enjoys a pristine experience.

While we provide you with complete privacy to enjoy the main house and the detached suite, we are always available if you need anything at all.
