Sleeping arrangements include a mix of king and queen beds designed for both comfort and flexibility for larger groups and families.

Welcome to our home! We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please review and follow these house rules to help us maintain a comfortable experience for everyone.

General Rules
Please treat the home with care and respect as if it were your own.
Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests without prior approval.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, or near open doors/windows. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
No illegal substances or unlawful activity on the property.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 16 guests.
Please do not move furniture between rooms.

Hot Tub & Sauna
Use at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised.
Please shower before entering the hot tub.
No glass containers near the hot tub or sauna area.
Keep sauna sessions reasonable and stay hydrated.

Game Room
Please enjoy the game room responsibly.
Parents are responsible for supervising children around equipment and games.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment during your stay.

Kitchen
Please clean up after cooking.
Do not place hot pans directly on countertops.
Help us conserve energy by turning off appliances when not in use.

No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the property.
If there is any odor, residue, ash, cigarette butts, or other evidence of smoking, a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of odor removal and deep cleaning.
Any guest found violating this rule will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.

Trash
Please place trash in the designated bins.
Do not leave food or trash outside due to wildlife.

Pets
house trained Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
Pet fee is $150 for up to 2 Pets. Each additional pet is $100.
Additional pet cleaning fees may apply.

Before Check-Out
Load and start the dishwasher.
Place used towels in the designated laundry area.
Turn off lights and lock all doors/windows.
Return any moved items to their original location.
