(The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ as well as a golf community & family friendly) Whether you're here for golf, pickleball, nightly entertainment, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The spacious open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather with family and friends while still provides private spaces to unwind. The living room features comfortable seating with 2 recliners, and a features a pull out love seat into a large twin bed, a large Smart TV, and opens seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining. The large family room/office is a favorite gathering spot for both you and your four-legged family members. Enjoy games for all ages and create lasting memories together. It also makes the perfect area for working remotely.

Each of the three beautiful bedrooms features comfortable beds, quality linens, smart tv in master bedroom, ample closet space, and tasteful decor designed for a restful night's sleep. Your comfort is our highest priority therefore, we provide different pillow selections and bed toppers & cooling blankets are provided upon request, if you are having trouble sleeping.

One of the highlights of the home is the oversized screened lanai. Start your morning with coffee spend the afternoon grilling or end the day relaxing on the outdoor daybed while enjoying the peaceful Florida weather. With comfortable seating, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and a gas grill, this space quickly becomes everyone's favorite gathering place.

Unlike many rentals, our home truly welcomes your four-legged family members. We've thoughtfully included dog-friendly amenities to help your dog feel at home, so your best friend can enjoy vacation right along with you.

Your stay also includes a 4 person golf cart, making it easy to explore nearby golf courses, recreation centers, restaurants, shopping, 2 different near by squares (Spanish Springs & Sumter Landing) for shopping & nightly dancing every night all year long. We are close to everything that makes The Villages such a special destination.

We also provide guest pass which give you access to the recreation centers and swimming pools, where you can play pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards, card games and more. It will also give you access to The Villages 40 executive golf courses (3-4 par course) . Champion golf courses (3-5 par course). We are just a golf cart away from Nancy Lopez Country Club and Glenview CC.
