Beautiful vacation home in a quiet location near the harbor—pure relaxation! The 40-square-meter apartment, which sleeps up to 3 adults and 1 child in a travel crib, is located on the left side of the top floor of the building at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 14.<br><br>The small apartment features a lovely living room with an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom for 2 people, and a bathroom with a shower. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed for an additional fee of €10 per day. A travel crib for a toddler can also be provided.<br><br><br>Beech wood floors (parquet) in the living room and bedroom, as well as a glass shower stall in the bathroom—which was renovated in 2022—are standard features of the apartment.<br><br><br>The tastefully furnished living room features a leather sofa set with a sofa bed, a 40-inch flat-screen satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and a mini hi-fi system.<br><br>Wi-Fi internet is available free of charge.<br><br>The adjoining new, modern, fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer with two drawers, etc.<br>There is plenty of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment available, as well as a high chair for the little ones upon request.
