Hadrian's Villa. New Construction in Croatia

You’ll find everything you need for the perfect vacation in this stunning location near the sea. With a
capacity of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa is perfectly suited for 6 people. Therefore, Villa
Hadrian is a truly wonderful option if you’re traveling with your family.
Villa Hadrian has XXX square meters of interior space. On the first floor, our guests will find a fully
equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a comfortable and cozy living room. The first floor also
features a bedroom with its own bathroom. One of the highlights of this bedroom is its unobstructed and
beautiful view of the terrace. Of course, you can access the terrace with the pool area through large
terrace doors. The villa is built in a minimalist style with large windows that offer a stunning view
of the beautiful Velebit Mountains as well as the crystal-clear blue sea.
We have the largest pool in the city. And what’s more, we have a Jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the
mountains and the surrounding landscape.
Villa Hadrian is located in Pridraga, a small and charming village near Zadar. The community has
restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy. Besides that, it’s quiet and not crowded. From
the villa, it’s a 3-minute walk to the coast. The beaches are covered in stones rather than sand—
—which contributes to the crystal-clear, blue water. Nevertheless, access to the water is easy, and
it’s suitable for children and seniors.
The area is part of Dalmatia. Dalmatia is known for its wine and its stunning, scenic national
parks, with Plitvice Lakes being the most famous. Although Pridraga is small and remote, it is only 30
minutes from Croatian highways that connect directly to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Since
Croatia joined the European Union in 2023, there are no longer any border controls. Croatia has the
euro, and there are no additional roaming charges for phone and internet access for European
citizens.
Croatia is sunny. This is obviously great for vacations, but not so great for cars and other belongings. We therefore
provide a large carport to protect our guests’ vehicles from the sun.
Villa Hadrian has been designed to be the perfect location for stays in the fall and winter as well. The villa
features floor heating, a heated Jacuzzi, and a heated pool. Rooms can be heated individually, and the house has extra
strong insulation.
