You’ll be staying in a space with approximately 100 square meters of living area. You can prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. It features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop (plus a warming plate) with an oven, as well as a microwave. A coffee maker (filter) is available for making your morning coffee. A toaster and electric kettle are also provided. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Of course, there’s also a refrigerator and a freezer. The kitchen also houses the clothes dryer. The dining table can be extended to about 200 cm. This means the table can seat up to 8 people.
The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. A large living room suite and additional seating areas provide ample space for up to 8 people. Two sofas can be converted into sleeper sofas.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a smart TV). The bed dimensions are 90 cm x 200 cm. There are 6 beds on the upper floor, including 1 double bed. The upstairs also features a bathroom with a shower area and bathtub (as well as a toilet and sink). On the first floor, there is another bathroom/guest restroom with a washing machine, sink, and toilet.
You can access the patio directly from the kitchen. Garden furniture is available there from approximately May through the end of October (subject to weather conditions).
The garden and patio area are fenced in.
You can park in front of the house (on the other side of the house), on the street, or in other public parking lots located nearby.
The house was built over 100 years ago and then completely renovated in 1997. Care was taken to preserve the house’s original character. Because of the use of wood, such as in the staircase and the wooden beam ceiling, the wood may “creak.” On the other hand, the floors on the upper level aren’t as cold as tile floors.
