Spacious 100-square-meter apartment with a balcony for 2–4 adults and 2 children, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the entire vacation farm. Separate kitchen, living-dining room, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), and 1 children’s room with a bunk bed, shower, and toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and dishwasher. All cooking and dining utensils are also provided. Feel free to order our bread roll service on-site and enjoy fresh bakery items daily from an artisan bakery. A washing machine is available for your laundry. You can use the barbecue area, Wi-Fi, and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on site. A security deposit of 150 EUR may be required on site under certain circumstances. Pets are not allowed.A baby crib/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.30 EUR per adult per night and 0.50 EUR per child per night (ages 6 and up) will be charged additionally on-site.Meals (bread roll service available for booking on-site). Price for the washing machine: 2 EUR or 4 EUR (please bring 2-EUR coins with you if possible). Barbecue areas are available in the courtyard.
