From there, you can access the southwest-facing terrace, paved with elegant black clinker bricks and furnished with chairs, a large table, and a lounge set.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave. The high-quality and extensive selection of dishes, silverware, and accessories leaves nothing to be desired.
Also located on the first floor is the first of the three spacious bedrooms. It features a 180x200 cm double box-spring bed, as well as a wardrobe, a dresser, and a swivel TV.
The entryway features a mirror and a coat rack; there is also a bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and a walk-in shower.
The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms, one of which has its own TV. The first bedroom features a comfortable 180x200cm box-spring double bed, as well as a wardrobe and an armchair.
From this bedroom, you can access the large bathroom, which features a sink, sauna, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 180x200 cm box-spring double bed and a dresser. From there, you can access another bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. You’ll also find the in-house washer-dryer there.
The bathrooms are equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. An electronic towel warmer ensures that towels are preheated and dry quickly. Each half of the duplex also has a bathroom scale. The large bathroom also features an Alexa device. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with pleated blinds or curtains that allow for complete blackout. Additionally, the windows in the living room and bedrooms are fitted with fly screens.
In the summer, each semi-detached house has its own separate, lockable bike shed. In the winter, the garden furniture is stored there.
