This beautiful vacation home is located in the romantic little village of Bünsdorf on Lake Wittensee.

The Nurdachhaus is situated on a slight hill, offering a great view of the lake from the bedroom and the terrace. Its quiet location in the vacation home community offers the perfect setting for complete relaxation.

In 2023, the owners renovated the house with great care and love. Since then, the house has featured a bright, light-filled first floor with a kitchenette, a dining area, and a cozy sleeper sofa. The house is flanked on both sides by two terraces where you can enjoy your vacation outdoors. One of the two terraces is generously covered, so you can sit outside comfortably and sheltered even when it rains.

A spiral staircase, which separates the living-dining area from the kitchen, leads to the upper floor. Here, beneath the sloping walls, are the two bedrooms. The bedroom with the double bed offers a magnificent view of Lake Wittensee. The bedroom with the two single beds faces the quiet residential neighborhood and is also ideal as a children’s bedroom. Two safety rails are also provided to ensure a safe night’s sleep there.

The basement features a spacious shower room, which has been recently renovated and modernized.

A small garden surrounds the property; especially in summer, the many small flowers delight more than just the insects.

From the house, a short walk along a small path and down a flight of stairs leads to a swimming spot on Lake Wittensee. In addition to a refreshing dip in the lake, stand-up paddlers, canoeists, and all other water sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy here.
Those who prefer the countryside will find Bünsdorf to be the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides—whether to the nearby Kiel Canal, the Baltic Sea just a few kilometers away, or the inland areas of Schleswig-Holstein.
