The Dünenwald 2 vacation townhouse is located near the beach in the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen on a lot landscaped with grass and shrubs. It is a middle unit in a row of townhouses that is not completely fenced in. The beach is within walking distance (approx. 50 m as the crow flies).

From the large terrace, you have a beautiful view of the Dünenwald forest across the way.
The house is lovingly furnished and features an open-concept kitchen in the living area. A new kitchen was installed in 2024, complete with a microwave built into the oven. All rooms have windows, making the house bright and inviting.

The living room features a sofa set with a table. The house has one bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm) on the upper level. There is a bathroom with a shower on the first floor and a guest restroom upstairs.
One parking space is available.

The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly point out that, for the sake of the neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration
This contract constitutes an agency service on behalf of the owner.
Bedding and towels are not included in the price.

We recommend this vacation home for 4 people, though one bedroom can accommodate a baby in a crib.
