On an own spit of land and directly located on the waterfront of the large lake Åsnen in Småland , this beautiful holiday home tries to attract your attention.

The former forester´s lodge which was built in 1948 will be found at a water property with an own footbridge/landing stage.



Ground floor contains kitchen with dining area and lake view. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove / oven. Other kitchen equipment.

Living / dining room with dining table for 8 people, fireplace, patio door to large terrace with lake views. Living room with TV (German / Swedish cable TV) and seating area. Hall, modern bathroom (shower, WC, sink, 1 bedroom (double room) with a junior bed, a 90X90 bed (divisible).



Upstairs there is a hall with cot (cot), and three bedrooms with double beds (divisible beds). One of the bedrooms has a balcony facing the lake. All bedrooms have "walk in closet". New (2020) (modern) bathroom with (WC, shower, sink)



The lake villa that has WIFI flows of light with the large windows towards the lake "Åsnen".



In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and the possibility to iron and hang laundry.

Sjövillan is located individually on its own headland in the lake "Åsnen". At the boat pier, there are two plastic boats with outboard engines (petrol) and a canoe at guests' disposal. The lake outside the lake villa does not require a fishing license, as the fishing water is private (the landlord's). Fishing is included in the rent of the lake villa.



You will live here secluded and surounded by deciduous forests. The garden consists of lawn, borders, a flagpole, a shed as well as a carport.

In case you once want to leave this little idyll for an excursion, then destinations like the World of Glass (80 km away), Blekinges skerries (50 km away), the island of Öland (100 km away) or Tingsryd with its adventure pool (25 km away) are waiting to be discovered by you.
