Vacation Apartment 8 is a 2-room vacation apartment in the Anna half-timbered house and is located on the first floor. The apartment has approximately 33 m² of living space and is ideal for 2 people.
The apartment is laid out as follows: bedroom (10 m²) with a double bed (1.6 x 2.0 m),
open-concept kitchen (17 m²) with a pull-out couch for
2 people. (1.5 x 2.0 m), flat-screen TV, stereo radio with MP3 and internet connection. Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, sink, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes. Shower room/toilet (5.5 m²). From the kitchen-living room, you can access the north-facing terrace bordering the Binz spa park. The apartment is accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
Dogs are permitted only in apartments 1–3 and 5–10.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz; the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a 3-minute walk away. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to Binz’s spa park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the spa park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
