The apartment has a separate entrance and was renovated in 2021; it features 200 Mbit fiber-optic internet and is therefore also suitable for working from home. The bedroom features a double bed. The living room features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The kitchen is separate and includes, among other things, an oven and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub. The garden, which features a private west-facing terrace, offers seating and a lawn for sunbathing. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. This is a non-smoking apartment. A crib is available upon request. A parking space and a storage room for bicycles are provided.
