Our newly built semi-detached house welcomes you with open arms for an unforgettable North Sea vacation.<br>The ground-floor vacation apartment not only features its own garden but also a sunny terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and wind down in the evening with a glass of wine. The garden features a lockable garden shed where you can safely store your bicycles, as Garding and the surrounding area boast countless bike paths just waiting to be explored.<br>For our younger guests, there’s a playground and soccer field right nearby, so there’s no chance of getting bored.<br>Shopping, restaurants, and the local train station are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Try the diverse cuisine at local restaurants such as Kerlins Kupferpfanne or the Italian-run Restaurant Europa.<br>Our accessible apartment was specially designed with your comfort in mind. The building entrance, access to the terrace, and the bathroom are wheelchair-accessible and offer comfort for all guests. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed upon request. In the cozy living room, you’ll find a flat-screen satellite TV and a radio for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
