The vacation rental is located on the top floor (2nd floor) and is well-suited for up to 3 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, each with a closet—and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
Apartment 1, which features an HD TV and Wi-Fi, includes a spacious rooftop terrace as well as a parking space on the property right next to the house.
The local tourist tax is to be paid on site.
Pets are not allowed.



Villa Gundula is located in a quiet and prime residential area in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz. Following extensive restoration and renovation work, the building has been revitalized and now offers vacationers an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and well-being with its four individually and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, as well as an ideal base for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments are located on the first floor (Apartment 4), the mezzanine (Apartment 3), the 1st floor (Apartment 2), and the 2nd floor (Apartment 1). Each apartment comes with a parking space. There is a lockable storage room on the property where you can store your bicycles upon request.
Bed linens are already included in the total price. Towels can be booked for an additional fee or brought from home.
A maximum of one small dog is allowed in apartments 2 and 3. Guinea pigs and birds may also be brought along in cages. Cats are not permitted. There is a fee for bringing a pet.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
