The Space:

Wake up every morning to unparalleled ocean, beach, and pool views from your furnished balcony, the ideal place to start your day with a cup of coffee. Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite and is open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. A gift shop also sells trinkets and forgotten items to complete your trip. This home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is ideal for relaxing, swimming, fishing in the ocean, working on your tan, and beachcombing. Five miles away, the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is the perfect spot to cast fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach, and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs, such as Azalea Sands Golf Club, Beachwood Golf Club, or Barefoot Resort & Golf.



At mealtimes, the well-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials has your back. This family-friendly abode grants you the convenience of having an on-site washer/dryer.



All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Children’s activities are available from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets. You also enjoy free Blockbuster DVD rentals during your stay.

The condo itself was nice. We had a few issues & maintenance came right up to try an fix them. They were able to fix all but one of the stove burners while we were there. But overall good experience. Was disappointed the property was advertised with all the pools/lazy river/hot tubs & all of the ones located at the north tower which is where the condo was were roped off with construction being done. All the pools were the attraction to this property & to have at least 1/3 of them not in use was very disappointing. The views were nice & access to the beach is good.

Needs upkeep

Great views and nice proximity to the beach. Several pools are closed, and the elevators keep breaking. The stove has a couple burners out and the kitchen is pretty sparse if you’re staying any length of time and want to actually cook. Master shower is painful to use because the pressure is so high. Beds are comfortable, including the sofa bed but if we come back to Bay Watch we will find a different unit.

We do apologise for the inconvenience with the elevators — during your stay, work on the fire alarm system in that building was affecting them. We’ll also be contacting housekeeping to address the lack of kitchen supplies, ensuring the correct amount of pots and utensils are provided, and corkscrews can be added upon request. Your comments about the shower pressure and stove burners have been noted, and we’ll work with our team to improve these areas. Great stay in North Myrtle Beach!

We loved our stay at this condo! Perfect oceanfront view and plenty of space for our two adults and five kids to stay comfortably. The space was very clean and check in and out was easy! Front desk staff was super nice! Thank you!

Perfect View

The little living room appeared smaller than what was pictured on the website but overall the place was clean and had an excellent view of the ocean and the sun rising in the morning.

Fantastic Vacation

We absolutely loved this room. This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just great. Close to restaurants, shopping yet not crazy busy. Our room, 1202 was amazing. 2 full bathrooms, it was on the end of the building so 2 private balconies and lots of windows. Well decorated and the views, stunning. I will totally book this room again.

Beautiful Ocean Front Property

We really enjoyed the room. The furniture is lower quality and we put bed pillows on the couch to get a comfortable sit. Cookware was new, but again, was very entry level. It all worked well and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent here again. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Overall good but we have a few comment that could be addressed to improve it.

Overall we were happy and had fun. The view was gorgeous and we had everything we needed. Home away from home

This 2 bedroom was nice. Room for everyone and the 2nd side balcony was cool. All dishes & cookware was there. Beds are super comfy with the best fluffy pillows ever. All the staff was friendly. My young son rated his vacation at 10 and always swims in all 18 pools/spas. Breakfast at the Cafe is awesome. Wish the pools opened earlier than 9 as we looove to swim and we are up before dawn. The text notifications were cool and checkout was a click of a button. Also wish there was alcohol in the mixed drinks. We will be back next year! Thanks!

Family vacation

For the most part everything was ok but the property is just a little out dated. My family and I travel every year and we have become a Litte accustomed to bigger tv, usually being smart TVs. The lent trap in the dryer did not seem like it was being cleaned, because when I washed my first set of clothes I had lent all over my clothes. We were not comfortable using the towels and rags so we went to Walmart and purchased our own. Parking was a bit of a hassle.

Will not come back

Location is pretty good. Unit and building is very outdated. They should fix basic things for example that rattling electrical box cover in the elevator which were lacking 4 screws. Furniture and the carpet in the room was pretty old. 1) Had to call front desk for pack and play for the baby. They confirmed before we went that the unit has its own. But it wasn't there. 2) Both restrooms didn't have shower liners. Had to call vacasa and let them know. Came the next day. 3) Change of towels were not provided to us until an hour before we checked out. Called front desk number of times with no action taken until the end. In 1 hour we had to get ready and checkout. 4) Onsite Restaurants even when they didn't look full had a wait time of 4 hrs at 6pm on saturday. Will not be going back again.

Disappointed!

The pictures showed indoor pool; it was down. They showed outdoor pools; one was down. They showed slides for the pool; there wasn't one. They showed charcoal grills; thet have taken them out. I understand not having daily maid service, but we called twice to get towels before we could get any. The dryer needs fixed. We called on Monday. They came up and said they would be there Tuesday morning at 10. We called Tuesday at 10:30 and at 12. They never came and fixed it. It sounded as if the drum was dragging or the barrens going out. The view was beautiful. The location was great. The room needs updated...dining room chair was broken, rusted lamp, back falling off dresser, paint flaking off balcony ceiling. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Overall, I was disappointed since we picked the place for the pool area for my grandson. I realize pools need maintenanced, but you should let guests know ahead of time...especially if two are going to be down.

Additionally, we will be sure to follow up with our Housekeeping and Property Caretakers to ensure our standards of in home cleanliness, care and service are being met. Our maintenance team will work to ensure the dining room chair is are repaired or replaced, as well as the lamp and dresser. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.
