The Space:

Retreat to the beach at this lovely condo with unparalleled views of the beach! Renovated in fall 2022, take advantage of this vacation home's new living room and kitchen upgrades. If hunger strikes, whip up a quick brunch for you and your friends in the fully-equipped kitchen - it boasts all the essentials to prepare everything from quick snacks on the go to full-course meals for your elegant dinner parties. Nothing beats the convenience of washing your clothes at home, right? This beachfront condo provides guests with an on-site washer/dryer combo so they don't have to worry about finding a nearby laundromat. Get your morning workout at the shared fitness center and then relax your sore muscles at the shared hot tub. Come back to enjoy movie nights on one of the home's four TVs.



Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, comb the beach, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).



Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property-specific websites.



Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

The room was beautiful and the view of the ocean was beautiful! It was my 20th wedding anniversary and it was by far the best vacation my family has ever had.

We had a lovely stay at this room. Beautiful view of the ocean and everything was available easily to us. We loved The Sandtrap restaurant and Brenda our server.

Sure why not!

When i walked in I was greeted by staff. Very nice and friendly! Check in was a breeze! When we got to the room and tried to enter the 10 DIGIT CODE, it didn’t work. After a few tries we called front desk and she said she would send maintenance right up. After waiting outside for about 10-15mins notice the nice young lady that checked us in was running with a key to open the door apologizing and assuring us that maintenance would be right up to fix the door (dead battery).The room was a little dated. Could definitely use a good sprucing. The light cover was rusted and dirty. Definitely needed to be replaced. The air vents were leaking water from I’m assuming condensation. The bathroom doors in both bathrooms were off the hinges. The chairs in the living room were stained. There were cup rings on the counters and the dressers. Outside on the balcony the ceiling was cracked and peeling. Not nice to look at. Loved the complimentary dish soap and coffee! Soaps and makeup towelettes were a nice touch. Beds and pillows were knock me out and sleep for days soft!! That’s a good thing! Lol! TVs had apps you could watch movies on! Was nice to not have to plug in fire stick! Washer and dryer which came in handy. Wasn’t a bad place to stay at all. Overall we might stay again and would recommend. The room was priced well for it to be summer.

Decent stay

The room was decent for the price. The rug in the livingroom kept rolling up becaue the tape was no longer sticking, and we kept tripping over it. There was very loud construction going on in the penthouse that started very early and lasted all day and the beds left something to be desired. The king bed was very noisy and the headboard was not attached to anything causing it to slam against the wall everytime you moved. The elevators were very shaky and 1 didn't work at all.
