The Blue Condo

I Came down for Bike week 2024 and the location was amazing. We were right in the middle of everything. There was even a short cut to the Atlantic Beach function a few feet away. We were able to sit out and watch the nice creative rides go by. It was a perfect location. Security was out in full force so you felt very secure. There was a shortage of parking Spaces Saturday night that caused the fun to briefly relocate, but all in all a great experience.

Svar fra VrboOwner den 20. jun. 2023
Dawn, we are disappointed to learn you had a negative experience with us. We apologize for any issues you may have encountered but feel it necessary to note our records do not show we received any communication attempts during your stay. Our local team inspected the condo after learning of these issues and was unable to locate any mold present in the home. The fridge was also found to be leak-free and in good working condition. Please note our team is available 24-hours a day via phone call and we would have been happy to assist with addressing these concerns during your stay. We are sorry to hear this condo did not meet your expectations. The owner takes great pride in this property and has added all the comforts to elevate each guest's experience and create that home away from home feel. We thank you for staying with us and wish you well in your future bookings.

A great place to stay

It was a nice condo and very clean. Check in went so smoothly and quick. I liked the entertainment they had at the pool area and lots of hot tubs and pools to choose from. I liked how the beach in front of the condo was lit up from the condo lights so our teens felt safe at night while playing frisbee and crab hunting and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. Speaking of balcony. It was a beautiful view. This condo pool area doesn’t close until 11:00 pm!! Which was awesome!! Here’s the only cons….The pull out sofa bed could be replaced as it was uncomfortable to our teens who said it felt like sleeping on springs. The front door could use a door stop to make it easier for bringing luggage and beach things in. One of the elevators stayed broken the whole time we were there. So being able to get on was a big trying at times. But all in all this was a fantastic place to say! I would book here again for sure and highly recommend!

Hi Michelle, thank you for the kind words! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the condo, the pool area, and the well-lit beach for your teens. We also appreciate your feedback on the sofa bed, doorstop, and elevator. We've shared your comments with our local team, and the elevator issue has since been resolved by a technician. Your input is greatly appreciated, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay next time.

Baywatch is a DUMP!

I can send pictures. The place started out with a bug. Washer was broken when we got there. Was told repeatedly we would get a new washer. Never happened. Had to use downstairs washer. One of the main reasons I picked this condo was it had private laundry. They did give us quarters for the downstairs machine, however that doesn’t come close to replacing the inconvenience or time lost. Then there washers downstairs started breaking. Spoke with several guests with the same problems. Place smells horrible. Everything is rusty. One nice thing is it’s on the beach. The owner of this place should be embarrassed. Im waiting to see what type of compensation I get. I could go on, but you get the point. One word. Overpaid!
Svar fra VrboOwner den 20. jun. 2023
Thank you for staying with us, Justin, and for providing your review. We sincerely apologize for the concerns that you encountered and for the inconvenience and disappointment. The washer has been repaired, the unit deep cleaned, and while we do treat the home regularly for pests, we will treat aggressively as needed to ensure our guests' safety and comfort. We will continue to make improvements and appreciate you allowing us to compensate you to show our dedication to our guests' satisfaction. We hope to host you in the future! Thank you.
