We warmly welcome you to our modern vacation home, Wattentraum, on the North Sea. Equipped with all the amenities for up to 6 guests, including a relaxing sauna, a large garden, and sports equipment. Spend your vacation in our tranquil vacation home, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a sunny garden with a grill. Best of all: final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included in the price. Dog owners are welcome—a wonderful area for walks and a fenced-in garden await your four- or eight-legged friends (up to 2 dogs allowed). A one-time fee of 19 euros per dog applies. Shopping options such as Netto, Aldi, and Edeka are nearby, as well as a fresh fish market. The house is spacious with 155 square meters of living space, features three flat-screen TVs, plenty of room, and a large garden for everyone. Games and books are available in the living room, along with a DVD player. The patio is equipped with an awning and patio furniture. The property is fenced in with hedges and trees, ensuring your peace and quiet so you can enjoy your vacation. Our stylish vacation home is located in the beautiful, rural village of Nesse, with plenty of opportunities for biking and jogging. Neßmersiel and Dornumersiel both have beaches. The islands of Baltrum and Norderney are easily accessible. Our comfortable home, situated in a beautiful location with views of the countryside, is not far from the sea, the dike, the fishing harbor, the children’s playhouse, and the swimming beach in Neßmersiel.
