Vacation home Johann on the North Sea

The Johann vacation home has been beautifully renovated and looks forward to welcoming you. Our cozy and spacious vacation home, with approximately 130 m² of living space, is located in a quiet yet central spot in the historic town center of Dornum. The house was extensively renovated in 2014 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Many of Dornum’s attractions are within easy walking distance. The moated castle, Beningaburg Castle, the synagogue, and the historic post mill are all nearby, as are shopping options, cafés, and restaurants. Living & Comfort The spacious and tastefully furnished living room offers plenty of room to relax. A high-quality seating set with a couch and armchair, an LED TV, and a cozy reading nook create a pleasant and homey atmosphere. The spacious kitchen-diner serves as another cozy focal point of the house. Here, there’s plenty of room for cooking together, dining, and enjoying game nights with friends. Amenities include, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, as well as other kitchen appliances. Sleeping Arrangements The vacation home has three bedrooms: On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an open foot of the bed. The two separate mattresses each measure 0.90 × 2.00 m. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious triple bedroom with three separate beds, each with a mattress measuring 0.90 × 2.00 m. Another bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a single bed (0.90 × 2.00 m). A crib is also available here. Two high chairs are provided for our younger guests. Bathroom & Restroom On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and sink. A separate toilet is also available on the first floor—especially convenient if you’re vacationing with a group. Garden & Practical Amenities The garden, featuring a patio, patio furniture, and a gas grill, invites you to relax after an eventful day and enjoy time outdoors. The garden shed provides a safe and secure place to store any bicycles you bring along. You’ll also find cleaning supplies, additional kitchen appliances, and handy utensils here. A parking space is located right next to the vacation home. A washing machine is available in the separate utility room. From here, you also have direct access to the garden. Thanks to its combination of ample space, cozy amenities, a quiet location, and short distances, the vacation home is an ideal starting point for exploring Dornum and the East Frisian North Sea coast and for enjoying a relaxing vacation. Bed linens and towels are also included in the rental price. Our house is located in the heart of the historic town center of Dornum and is therefore very centrally located yet quiet. Just 5 kilometers from the North Sea, you can reach the beach at Dornumersiel in just a few minutes by car or bike. All of the town’s attractions, local restaurants, and shopping options (Aldi, Edeka-Neukauf, and Netto) are within a few minutes’ easy walk.
