The “Strandperle” villa in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz is a beautiful villa built in the resort style in 2002. The design took into account the charm of the well-known historic resort architecture.
Its exceptional and peaceful location, at the beginning of the famous Binz beach promenade (the so-called “Fischerstrand”) and the Binz Granitz, with its unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, underscores its exclusivity and makes the beautiful “Strandperle” villa truly unique—as you can see from the small photo gallery. Right between the forest, the beach, and the sea!!!

Some of the apartments feature a stunning, partially unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, a parking space next to the building, a balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea, a washer and dryer in the basement (for a fee), an elevator, and, in some cases, a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.

Pets are allowed for a fee (€10 per night & €25 per booking for pet cleaning), but with the following restrictions:

- Max. 1 pet per apartment

- House-trained and well-behaved (pets are not allowed on upholstered furniture or in beds here)

- Child-friendly

This comfortably furnished 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine level. The apartment is approximately 47 m² in size, and pets are welcome.
The apartment features a furnished balcony with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The large open-concept living area features a flat-screen TV from “Loewe,” a stereo system with a CD player, and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic-top stove, microwave, and other useful appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with a safe, has direct access to the large balcony. The bathroom includes a corner shower, toilet, and hair dryer.
A beach chair is available for your use during the summer months. A parking space is included free of charge with the apartment. Wi-Fi is also available.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
