The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a Siematic kitchenette, and a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a separate oven. An open country-style staircase leads to the second bedroom with a double bed in the basement. There you’ll also find the sauna with a small anteroom and a relaxation lounger, as well as a second bathroom with Bisazza tiles and a shower.

The apartment building is located in Mellhörn, in a thatched-roof settlement, and offers easy access to nature and the dunes. Just a few steps away is the Lister Austernperle restaurant, located right on the Wadden Sea. The town center is also just a short walk away. There you’ll find the harbor with the well-known “Gosch” restaurant and other eateries, as well as shopping options such as a large supermarket and the Naturgewalten Experience Center.
A bus stop is located about 200 m away, offering direct service to Kampen and Westerland.

List is Germany’s northernmost town on Sylt.
