The Space:

Welcome to your tropical waterfront retreat! This spacious home offers an open designed living space, perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.



Guest Access:

A few days prior to your reservation date, you will receive your welcome letter with you access code to enter the house



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a saltwater canal that is just minutes to the Caloosahatchee River, which leads straight out to the Gulf. Located just north of the US-41 bridge which takes you directly to downtown Fort Myers with no tolls!



Getting Around:

This property is a 5-10 minute car ride away from the heart of downtown Fort Myers, 20-30 minutes from local beaches, and is 5-10 minutes away from local grocery stores, gas stations, and Walmart for anything you need during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

We provide a starter kit of 4-5 laundry pods, 2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 5-6 trash bags, one roll of paper towel, 3-5 laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, 1 kitchen sponge, windex, and all purpose cleaner under the sink

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us through Airbnb or VRBO and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!
