Dat Ferienhus Norddeich: This cozy and modernly furnished Vacation Apartment 3 is located on the first floor and has a total living area of 45 m². The apartment includes a living room with a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a large, sunny terrace and an adjacent communal garden.

The apartment complex is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet remains very centrally located in Norddeich.

The vacation apartment is high-end and features a 49-inch 4K smart TV in the living room with apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more. An internet radio and a Blu-ray player, complete with a small, up-to-date movie collection, are also available for your use. The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware. In addition, there is not only a filter coffee maker but also a Tassimo machine.

The bedroom features a double bed, a large 40-inch TV with apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and a beautiful wardrobe with plenty of storage space. For the third and fourth guests, there is a cozy double sofa bed in the living area that can be unfolded in no time. At night, the living room (electrically operated) and the bedroom can be completely darkened using roller blinds. Additionally, an iron and ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and a hair dryer are available.

Thanks to its southwest-facing orientation, you can enjoy lovely, sunny afternoons and evenings on the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a cozy East Frisian beach chair, high-quality patio furniture, and two lounge chairs with a parasol. The communal garden is spacious and fenced in, accessible both from the terrace and through a garden gate from the vacation rental parking lot. A private path leads exclusively to guests of this vacation home to Norddeicher Straße after just 50 meters, where you’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and shops. You can also exit the apartment through the patio door, as it is lockable.

Outside, you also have the option of storing your bicycles or other items in a large, lockable communal garden shed. E-bikes can be charged for free in the garden shed using the numerous outlets. Several grills are available for guests of this vacation complex.

This apartment includes a private, paved, and well-lit parking space right next to the vacation home. Electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged there using our charging stations. We’d be happy to send you more information about this.

Of course, all apartments and the entire outdoor area have free broadband internet via Wi-Fi for browsing and video streaming. You can borrow books, board games, and children’s games free of charge from our in-house libraries. In addition, several handcarts are available free of charge, and two washer-dryer combos are available at cost.

Dogs are allowed in this vacation rental. Cats are not permitted.

Bed linens and towels are not provided at the vacation rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
