FLOATING 44 are the most nautical versions of the FLOATING HOUSES and invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the “North Sea” near Xanten: The FLOATING 44s are moored houseboats and thus an ideal home for anyone who loves the special atmosphere on the water… yet still wants to stay on land.<br>The FLOATING 44s near Xanten are available for rent year-round.<br>Living area approx. 44 sqm, usable area approx. 65 sqm, <br>furnished terrace at the bow 15 sqm + additional rooftop terrace 25 sqm, length approx. 13.50 m; width approx. 6.00 m<br>The FLOATING 44 models feature a modern, nautical design and furnishings. They include a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 15-square-meter terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms. The bathroom with shower and a separate restroom with sink are each located in their own separate spaces. A 25-square-meter terrace on the roof offers additional space for sunbathing. The furnishings are exemplary; technical changes and variations in the amenities are possible.<br>The FLOATING units in Xanten have been available for rent since 2014 and feature air conditioning with integrated warm-air heating. Generous window fronts offer unobstructed views of the surrounding water. You will receive the code from the caretaker at check-in.
