From there, you have a great panoramic view of the mainland, the other islands, downtown Westerland, and all the way to the Wadden Sea. The apartment is in the penthouse; the top floor is accessible only by stairs! The apartment is approximately 30 m² and was partially renovated in April 2021; the flooring was also replaced with a wood-look designer vinyl. It features a combined living and sleeping area with comfortable fold-out beds for 2 people, a dining area, and a sofa corner. There is also a nice bathroom with a shower, as well as a built-in kitchen in the hallway. A flat-screen TV and radio are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. All spa facilities, shopping options, and the beach promenade are right nearby! An ideal location for your beach vacation. If you’d like to bring your pet, please inquire first, as large animals are unfortunately not suitable for the accommodations.
A parking space can be rented, subject to availability, either outdoors or in the underground garage.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
