To ensure your comfort, this house offers high-quality amenities—such as the complete bathroom fixtures by Villeroy Boch or the
walk-in Raindance ceiling showers, perfect for relaxation. In addition, the outdoor sauna and the fireplace invite you to relax at
even during the off-season.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing culinary delights, such as freshly caught Baltic Sea fish.
On hot days, the water and ice cube dispensers ensure you can enjoy a cold drink at any time.
A spacious garden and patio area with a beautiful view of nature helps you unwind.
If you’d like, enjoy a full range of entertainment options, including a game console and fiber-optic TV on the spacious 75-inch TV. The amenities are also ideal for remote work.
For our little ones, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free vacation: a fenced-in garden area and a full set of amenities for the youngest guests (see description below).
To ensure all guests have a wonderful vacation, we’ve designed the first floor to be barrier-free, and there’s a bedroom on the upper floor with extra-large beds.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted inside the house.
Barbecuing with a charcoal grill, open fires, and the use of pyrotechnics (New Year’s Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited. The “Haffdroom” vacation home area is located between Rostock and Wismar, nestled among forests, meadows, fields, and the Baltic Sea landscape.
Whether you’d like to spend your vacation in our homes with your family, as a couple, or with friends, the Haffdroom and the surrounding area offer peace, relaxation, and nature, as well as a wide range of sports and cultural activities.

Bedroom 1 – First floor
with a double bed (180 x 200) and a wardrobe

Bedroom 2 – Upper floor
with a large double bed (180 x 220) (extra-long duvets also available)

Bedroom 3 - Upper floor
with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a desk, and a fiber-optic connection for remote work, plus free Wi-Fi

Living room
with a cozy sitting area and fireplace (firewood not included), entertainment package with fiber-optic TV, PlayStation 4 Pro (games not included)
, and a 75-inch flat-screen TV

kitchen
—fully equipped (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, stove, oven, kitchen utensils, pots, blender, etc. – no microwave)
