Sylt open air is also the perfect way to celebrate. Your own sunny south-facing garden with a beach chair and high-quality garden furniture lets you enjoy the Sylt sun on two terraces.

Floor plan:

A luxurious 4-room apartment on the ground and lower levels, located in a prime spot in the heart of Wenningstedt. Approx. 100 square meters of living space for up to 5 people.

Ground Floor: Look forward to your airy and very tastefully furnished living area. The elegant oak floorboards create a fantastic living atmosphere. The furnishings are exceptionally tasteful—no detail is excessive, yet none is lacking. The design language of your accommodations is clean and simple, yet everything exudes charm and warmth, inviting you to cozy up.

Your large Samsung flat-screen TV ensures enjoyable home-cinema experiences, delighting you with an impressively sharp picture. For the audiophiles among you, an iPod dock is also available.

If you’ve been wanting to finally read a good book again while on vacation, there’s no need to pack any reading material in your suitcase: a veritable library of selected world literature is at your disposal. Great care was taken with the lighting in your residence. Skilled lighting architects have succeeded in creating the perfect ambiance for every mood with elegant designer fixtures.

Your luxury kitchen could have come straight out of a celebrity cooking show, as it features all the technical amenities that would delight even an ambitious home cook—including a remote control for the kitchen island spotlights and the range hood. Even small details, like the bright yellow STELTON thermos, are a delight.

Your kitchen island also serves as a serving counter, which flows seamlessly into your lovely dining area with its cozy leather bench and Loom chairs, along with an elegant wooden table. A dishwasher, oven, and microwave are, of course, standard in the kitchen. And we’ve even thought to provide a Nespresso machine for you. Please bring your own capsules with you, as they aren’t (yet) available on the island.

On the first floor, you’ll also find a very nice bedroom with a double bed (approx. 1.6 x 2 m). This room is also perfect as a retreat during the day. There are some great books available for you to read on your USM Haller bookshelf. Directly across from this room is an elegant, luxurious bathroom with a large shower, heated towel rack, and toilet.

The best way to enjoy Sylt’s sunshine is on your sunny terraces. As a special feature, this home even offers two terraces for your use. Depending on your mood, you can choose between the sunny south-facing terrace or the slightly more secluded west-facing terrace. A beach chair and high-quality patio furniture are available from approximately April through October. You’re also welcome to use the beautifully landscaped grounds that surround the property, creating a wonderful open-air setting for your perfect, relaxing vacation.

Basement: In the basement area of your home, you’ll find a beautifully spacious and attractively designed room with a double bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m). Of course, plenty of closet space and a flat-screen TV are included. A stylish and decorative USM cabinet has been placed here as well. Right next door is a lovely, spacious bathroom with a combined tub and shower, as well as a toilet. In another, smaller room, a single bed (90x200 cm) is available for your use.

You can also look forward to the beautiful sauna area with a shower, toilet, and relaxation area in the basement of your residence—for use by the entire house/public area.
