Welcome to our modern 4-star apartment in a quiet location overlooking the city forest. Enjoy your stay—whether for business or pleasure—in our fully and newly furnished apartment. The bedroom sleeps two people. A large closet for your clothes, as well as a dresser and nightstands, are provided. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room features a sofa bed for a third or fourth person. Comfortable armchairs invite you to enjoy an evening of TV in front of the smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The ambient lighting makes for the perfect spa evening in the tub. A starter kit of toiletries is, of course, provided. A hair dryer is also available gesorgt.In. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook for yourself. In addition to a coffee maker and toaster, there’s an oven with a ceramic cooktop and a convection microwave with a grill. A dishwasher takes care of the dishes after meals.The apartment is high-end, featuring hardwood floors, electric blinds, ambient lighting, dimmable light switches, a pyrolytic oven, a no-frost refrigerator, and an energy-efficient washing machine. For quick cleanups in between, we provide cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner. Our vacation rental is located on a quiet residential street, right next to the forest. A sauna and swimming pool, as well as tennis courts and jogging trails, are just a few minutes’ walk away. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (15 euros per night). Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, etc.)
