This 2-room ground-floor apartment, measuring approximately 50 m², is an ideal vacation home for couples, families, or even two couples. Particularly noteworthy are the four full-size sleeping accommodations—no traditional sofa bed in the living area—as well as the two bathrooms with showers, which provide noticeably more comfort, especially when there are several guests.


The apartment was designed by an interior designer. The harmonious color scheme of pastel and blue tones reflects the proximity to the sea and creates a calm, harmonious atmosphere where you feel right at home.


Living [&] Sleeping
The living area invites you to relax with a cozy upholstered seating area. A flat-screen TV is available. The living room also features a high-quality fold-down bed (180 x 200 cm, two separate mattresses), which can be transformed into a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two people in no time and folds away during the day to save space.


The separate bedroom features a stunning ocean view and an extra-long double bed (160 x 210 cm, two separate mattresses), as well as another flat-screen TV. To ensure you can enjoy your vacation right away, the beds are already made upon arrival. A shower towel and a small hand towel are also provided.


Kitchen [&] Terrace
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the loggia and features a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. From the living area, you can step out onto your private northeast-facing terrace with a beach chair, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the Ahlbeck promenade.


Comfort with Two Bathrooms
A real advantage—especially when traveling with several people: The apartment features two modern bathrooms—one directly off the bedroom as an en suite bathroom, and the second accessible from the hallway. Both are equipped with a walk-in shower, rain showerhead, handheld showerhead, toilet, spacious mirror cabinets, and a hair dryer.

A special highlight: From April through October, the hop-on-hop-off boat connects the piers between Bansin and Świnoujście (Poland) and can also be used free of charge.
