Welcome! In the cozy Apartment No. 9 on the first floor of Villa Bellevue, we welcome up to four guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in 55 square meters of space.

The spacious living room, featuring a comfortable sofa (with a pull-out bed), a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four, is the perfect place to relax and spend time together. From the sofa, you can enjoy your favorite TV show or retreat to the adjoining loggia with a couch (that converts into a bed) and two wicker armchairs to lose yourself in an exciting book. The separate kitchen has everything you could want: a refrigerator with freezer, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and much more. The cozy bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses), a spacious closet for your luggage, and a flat-screen TV. Thanks to the sofa bed in the loggia, up to four people can enjoy their vacation together in the apartment, yet still have some privacy thanks to the ideal layout of the rooms.


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The bathroom is accessible from the living area and equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine. On the sunny south-facing terrace, you can relax and wind down after an eventful day of vacation under the open sky.


Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property round out your vacation comfort. You’re welcome to park bicycles—whether you brought them with you or rented them locally—in the bike rack on the property.


A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses for free within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area. Simply leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your own leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
