Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with sweeping views over the pool and surrounding tropical gardens, complete with air conditioning and its own en-suite bathroom featuring granite counters, a glass-enclosed shower, and bidet. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom as well.

On the main floor, the open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with rich wood cabinetry, flowing into a spacious living area with plush reclining sofas and TV, perfect for group gatherings. There’s also a half bathroom on this level for guests.

A separate one-bedroom studio on the property offers its own kitchenette, sofa, and full bathroom, ideal for extra guests or added privacy, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across the two spaces.

Step outside to the covered terrace with a dining table for al fresco meals, then continue to the expansive pool deck, complete with a large tiled pool, a round jacuzzi, and comfortable loungers, all surrounded by swaying palms and lush tropical landscaping.

Flexible rental options: Villa 92 can be booked as a 2-bedroom villa, a 1-bedroom studio, or the full 3-bedroom property combining both, with every option including full access to the pool and garden.

Villa 92 includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every bedroom, private parking, and a back-up generator, all within the security of a gated community. Perfect for family getaways or a peaceful tropical retreat in Sosua.

Additional notes:

- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $50 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.

- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.

- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.

- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.

LONG TERM RENTALS:

LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building/condo at no additional cost. Guests must provide their own detergent.
