The Space:

Our bright and airy studio is designed with comfort and modern convenience in mind.



Sleeping Area: A plush, comfortable queen-sized bed with crisp linens, flanked by matching nightstands and reading lamps.



Living & Work Space: A cozy sofa perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated work desk with a comfortable chair for anyone working on the go.



Kitchenette: Fully equipped with sleek white cabinetry, a stainless steel mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink, and open shelving stocked with dishes, glassware, and basic kitchen essentials.



Bathroom: Clean, modern, and fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary starter toiletries.

While there is no private parking or driveway available on the premises, guests are welcome to use the free street parking out front. Street parking is fully permitted and readily available throughout the neighborhood, but we strictly ask that guests do not park in any adjacent business parking lots.

Located in a quiet, established pocket of Fort Walton Beach, our property offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and easy access to the action. You are tucked away from the main tourist hustle but still just minutes from everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.



The neighborhood is characterized by its convenient proximity to the water, local eateries, and major island attractions. Whether you’re here to enjoy the world-famous white sands of Okaloosa Island or looking for an easy commute to nearby military installations and convention centers, you’ll find our location makes getting around a breeze. You’re never more than a short, scenic drive away from the vibrant energy of the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, yet you always have a comfortable, quiet space to return to at the end of the day.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: Seamless, automated smart-lock check-in. Your unique access code will be sent prior to arrival.



Starter Pack: We provide a starter supply of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get your vacation started right.



Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests across our 8 units have a peaceful stay, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
