Great vacation rental in Haus Solymar, completely renovated and modernized in 2023. Right on the beach! Just 150 meters from the Baltic Sea beach—Grömitz’s colorful promenade invites you to linger with its diverse selection of cafés, restaurants, beach walks, bars, and shops.

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a dining area, and a bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to four people.

The bedroom features a large double bed (180x200 cm, with a mattress topper also available), a flat-screen TV (wall-mounted), and a large wardrobe. Here, you can conveniently store your vacation wardrobe. The windows can be darkened with pleated blinds and curtains.
The modern living room is well-equipped with a small dining area and two sofas (which can also be used as sofa beds). The living room area opens onto a small balcony facing southwest. Two balcony chairs are provided here. The living room and bedroom both have options for darkening the room (curtains and pleated blinds). The separate and well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a heated towel rack. Thanks to a skylight, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light here. A hair dryer is provided.
