Room 3 is located on the 1st floor and features 1 bedroom as well as a living room with a sleeper sofa.

Both rooms have a TV and wicker armchairs where you can relax.

Modern flat-screen TVs in both rooms make for particularly relaxing evenings.
From the living room, you’ll enjoy a stunning view over the dike to the salt marshes and the Wadden Sea.

Outside of breakfast hours, a coffee maker and refrigerator are available for your use in the breakfast room.

Dogs are not permitted in this room.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.

A crib and high chair can be provided upon request.

Facilities:

The common areas, such as the breakfast room with its adjoining south-facing terrace and the large south-facing balcony on the first floor with a view of the Wadden Sea, are available to all guests.
The breakfast room features a refrigerator and a coffee maker, which can be used outside of breakfast hours.

The lovingly prepared breakfast buffet is served from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Daily housekeeping is available upon request on-site.

Behind the house, you can retreat to the garden and enjoy the fresh North Sea air while reading a good book.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the nearest beach access to the 17-kilometer-long fine sandy beach. There’s something for everyone here: beach chairs, a beach bar, swimming areas patrolled by the DLRG, a (kite) surfing school, playgrounds for children, and—most of all—the pure experience of nature during endless, peaceful walks along the beach.
