In the spacious, open living area, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Sauerland countryside from sunrise to sunset. In the fully equipped kitchen (kitchenette + cooking island), you’ll find everything you need for a cozy cooking experience together. From a fully automatic coffee machine to a waffle maker, you’ll find everything you could possibly need for a wonderful getaway. Thanks to the open-concept lower level, you can keep an eye on what’s happening in the spacious living area while you’re busy in the kitchen. Thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, enjoy a panoramic view of the Sauerland’s stunning natural beauty from both the dining table and the sofa, from sunrise to sunset—or sit out on the large terrace, which also features seating and dining areas, and soak in the atmosphere, flora and fauna around you. Inside, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere. Of course, plenty of firewood will be ready for you upon arrival. Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring 2 box-spring beds (1x 200 cm, 1x 160 cm) and a convertible double bed (180 cm). The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. You can park your car right next to the house in the carport or in one of the parking spaces on the property in front of the house. Adjacent to the carport is a lockable storage room for bicycles, skis, and snowboards. From there, you can also access the spacious terrace with a gas grill and the garden, where you can enjoy the full warmth of the sun. Round off your evening in the cozy panoramic sauna—you’re guaranteed a spectacular sunset over the woods! All rooms are equipped with electric roller shutters. No pets; smoking is prohibited inside the house. We expressly do not rent to party tourists. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the stay. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:45 PM. Check-out is possible between 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Key pickup: door code. Tourist tax: 3.00 EUR per night per person aged 16 and older. A 500 EUR security deposit must be transferred in advance; it will be refunded no later than 5 days after departure. Pets are not allowed. A crib/safety rail and high chairs (max. 2) can be provided free of charge upon request. We are partners with the SauerlandsommerCard, which allows you to visit numerous attractions in and around Winterberg free of charge or at a significant discount during the validity period, as well as ride the bus for free in Winterberg. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, dish towels, firewood, Wi-Fi, and parking.
