Step outside the lodge and you are just moments from both the Red Pine Gondola and Sunrise Gondola, giving you incredibly convenient access up Park City Mountain. There is no need to load skis into a car, wait for a shuttle or spend your morning navigating the base area.
Families will especially appreciate having Park City Mountain ski school just steps from Sundial, making morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups remarkably easy. Ski and snowboard rentals, restaurants, coffee, shopping and après-ski are all right in Canyons Village.

Having owned several properties throughout Canyons Village over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many of the resort’s locations firsthand—and I chose to come back to Sundial for a reason. Its unbeatable location at the heart of the village, just steps from the gondolas and ski school, is simply hard to match.
Sundial B517 is one of the most recently updated residences in the building, combining a fresh, elevated interior with the convenience that makes Sundial so special. Located on the top floor, the residence also enjoys beautiful penthouse-level views over Canyons Village and the surrounding mountains.
After years of owning and welcoming guests to Canyons Village, I knew exactly what I was looking for: an exceptional location, beautiful views, an updated residence, and a place where a Park City vacation feels effortless. B517 brings all of those together.

Located on the top floor of Sundial Lodge, this recently updated condo offers penthouse-level valley and mountain views. The Red Pine Gondola, Sunrise Gondola, and Park City Mountain Ski School are just a short walk away—approximately 1–3 minutes from the building. No shuttles, no hauling skis across the village—simply walk downstairs and head straight to the lifts.
I chose this property because it offers something increasingly hard to find in Park City: true convenience paired with an elevated, luxury experience. From luxury linens and premium bath products to the fireplace and incredible location, I have furnished and equipped B517B to be the kind of mountain home I want to stay in myself.
